Money can buy you anything. This suited banker is celebrating his bonus by having a guy taken from the street in a rough part of town and tied up. You see he loves nothing better than to sadistically whip a bound guy and if he's naked then that's a bonus right there. He starts with a butt-whipping over underwear followed by a back whipping that has his poor defenseless victim yelping in agony. Not before long he moves onto the really humiliating stuff - a hard bare assed thrashing with a nasty whip. The guy has no idea why he's been captured but he sure won't forget the experience in a hurry.
