A Latin government official known only as "The Captain" is grilling suspected rebel couriers Maria and Dolores. The fact that the Captain is also a beautiful women doesn't affect her brutal sadistic methods in the slightest degree. The Captain uses whips, clothespins, tongs and suspension to push the truth from her clever captives. They know by holding out just a little longer, the revolution will start at midnight. When it does, there will be an excellent chance that The Captain will be the one in bondage and Maria and Dolores will have an opportunity to pay her back with suffering and humiliation.
