Two best friends, Max and Diane, jokingly agree to marry each other in a year if neither finds their true love. For Max, his true love is Diane, but unfortunately for him, Diane discovers her soul mate and makes wedding plans. Crushed, Max makes himself go to the wedding, only to be struck by even more tragedy in the newlyweds limo.
